The entry point retreat for those wishing to learn meditation with Burgs. Aimed at the total beginner as well as the experienced meditator, all benefit from this foundation in meditation.

 

Intro To Healing the Body

This 14 week online course is designed to help you systematically deepen and stabilise your meditation practice within the context of your daily life. It follows the Intermediate retreat that we run and will include the meditation practices that are taught on it.  The aim of this course is to train and stabilise the mind so that our meditation continues to deepen over time.
